With an in-house Anechoic Chamber with radiation-absorbent material, Kavveri is able to precisely test antenna radiation patterns and EMI. Testing Field Chamber
Our Near Field Testing Chamber (WATMA) is designed for efficient in-production antenna testing, using advanced probes & automated systems. This facility enables simultaneous multi-port testing, streamlining the entire process & significantly improving efficiency. With the capability to test up to 250 units per day.

Managing Director
Mr. Shivakumar Reddy, the Managing Director of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited, holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, with over 30 years of experience in the RF products industry.
In 1988, he co-founded Kavveri Microwave Components Ltd. in Hyderabad as a Promoter Director, playing a pivotal role in the design, development, and marketing of RF products until August 1991. From 1991 to 1996, he served as the Chief Executive, overseeing the company’s growth and expansion.
Following the merger of Kavveri Microwave Components with Kavveri Telecoms Limited in 1996, he continued as the Chief Executive of the merged entity. Today, as Managing Director of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited, he remains the driving force behind the company’s strategic vision and expansion, playing a key role in innovation, market leadership, and business growth.
Kasturi Rajupeta
Director
Smt. R.H. Kasturi, Director of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited, holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University and has been a key part of the company’s journey since its inception. With decades of experience in the telecom and RF industry, she has played a crucial role in building and expanding the company’s operations.
In 1991, she founded Kavveri Microwave Components in Bangalore as a proprietary concern, laying the foundation for what would later become a major player in the telecom and RF sector. When Kavveri Microwave Components merged with Kavveri Telecoms Limited in 1996, she was appointed as a Director, taking on greater responsibilities in managing the company’s growing operations.
She is responsible for running the daily operations of the firm, overseeing quality, production, warehouse, and testing departments to ensure efficiency, high performance, and adherence to industry standards. Under her leadership, the company has maintained a strong focus on product quality, streamlined production processes, and effective supply chain management, all of which contribute to its competitive edge in the market.
Sanketh Ram Reddy
Director
Sanketh Ram Reddy Chenna Reddy, Director of Kavveri Defence and Wireless Technologies Limited, holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Drexel University. With a strong background in finance and strategy, he has been instrumental in shaping Kavveri’s business direction and expansion.
He played a key role in diversifying Kavveri’s focus beyond telecom into Defence, Fixed Wireless Access, and Counter-Drone Technology, positioning the company as a major player in advanced RF solutions. His expertise in financial strategy and market alignment has helped drive defense collaborations, government projects, and specialized RF applications.
Sanketh has also gathered extensive experience working under major hedge funds in India, bringing deep expertise in capital allocation and financial structuring. His leadership and industry foresight continue to guide Kavveri Defence and Wireless Technologies Limited toward growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Mr. Keerthi N is an Independent Consultant specializing in business management and strategy. He serves as an Independent Director at Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, Executive Director at NKA Business Solutions Private Limited and Deodan Business Solutions Private Limited, and Non-Executive Director at D3 Estate and Constructions (India) Private Limited and AIET India Private Limited.
With over 10 years of experience, he has advised organizations across diverse industries, including Enterprise IT, Construction, Real Estate, Waste Management, Security, Packaging, Social Media, Live Events, and Mobile Applications.
Mr. Keerthi N specializes in developing business strategies and optimizing processes while integrating legal, secretarial, and financial consultancy. His expertise in corporate strategy, legal compliance, and financial structuring has helped organizations achieve sustainable growth. Gokul Rajendran
Independent Director
Gokul Rajendran is a Practicing Advocate with over four years of experience in Corporate Laws, Central Excise, Litigation, Service Tax, GST, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Court, Commercial Court, and Economic Offences Court. He holds a B.Com, ACS, and LLB and has served as a Director in a private limited company. His expertise includes compliance with regulatory authorities such as Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, DGFT, CESTAT, and GST Authorities. He specializes in GST audits, appeals, and regulatory filings.
Having passed the Bar Exam and qualified as a Company Secretary in 2020, he has since handled key cases, including Royal Oak Furniture under Sec-10 of IBC, Leap Mobiles under Sec-98(1) of the Companies Act, and the demerger of Girias Investments Private Limited.
Gokul Rajendran continues to provide legal and regulatory guidance to businesses and individuals, leveraging his expertise in corporate compliance, statutory filings, legal drafting, investment advisory, and taxation matters.

Mr. L.R. Venugopal, the Chairman of the Board and Independent Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of industry experience.
He has played a pivotal role in financial management, auditing, and corporate governance. In addition to his leadership at Kavveri Telecom, he is a Partner at K.V. Narasimhan & Company, a reputed audit firm, where he has been instrumental in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory for various organizations.
With his deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial consultancy, Mr. Venugopal continues to guide the company’s growth, ensuring strong governance and financial stability.
